Linda Dussinger

"I’ve always had a deep yearning for movement and fitness, and my love affair with yoga began many years ago. I was amazed how the connection of mind and body left me feeling peaceful and grounded whenever I stepped on my mat. Over time, my passion for yoga grew, and so did my desire to share this wonderful practice. My mission with yoga is an internal and external connection for myself & for all. I am fueled by the need to help others find acceptance and balance in their lives. Linda has several certifications including YTT 200-hour, a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training from Sacred Seed Yoga School, Advanced certification in Clinically Informed Restorative Yoga Certification for Trauma students, ball rolling and introduction to FMS (functional movement screening). Linda has developed and implemented a funeral home Yoga Grief Program where she conduct classes for the families they serve.

Suzanna Soukiasian
CYT200
My early years were filled with choreography and stage rehearsals, where I learned that building a vocal presence starts with the breath. I discovered how to connect deeply with my inner voice, allowing it to flow through my breath and into sound. I moved to the U.S. in 1992, and sought a stage to continue my theater passion, but when language barriers made it difficult, that’s when I turned to yoga, which became my daily practice and a way of communicating with myself and expressing my emotions. A year ago, after stepping away from my full-time job to care for my father, one of my teachers encouraged me to pursue yoga teaching. I completed my teacher training and have been joyfully sharing yoga ever since.
