BALANCED BANDS GROUP FITNESS
A fusion of yoga, resistance training, and mindful stretching designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. A gentle yoga flow warms up the body, then using resistance bands and light weights, you'll engage in purposeful, resistance based movements that strengthen and stretch your muscles simultaneously. Traditional savasana allows you to relax deeply and integrate the benefits of your practice. Balanced Bands Yoga is perfect for finding balance and ease to start your week.
WE TIME WEDNESDAY - SLOW FLOW YOGA
Take a break from midweek with this all levels foundational flow. We will mindfully move through poses that will help you strengthen, stretch & unwind, all the while enjoying your own personal practice. This practice rounds off with the soothing sounds of the Crystal Bowls!
FEEL-GOOD FLOW YOGA
Move, stretch, and smile your way through this energizing, all-levels yoga class! We'll blend playful flows, juicy stretches, and a dash of core work- all set to upbeat, feel-good music. Expect to leave lighter, looser, and glowing from the inside out.
SLOW FLOW GENTLE YOGA
Move slowly, breathe deeply. Enjoy this calming flow that supports balance, flexiblity & stress relief. Suitable for beginners and all leverls. This practice gently closes with calming Crystal Bowls tones.
CORE HARMONY VINYASA YOGA
This balanced and synchronized practice integrates core work seamlessly within the flow of vinyasa yoga, promoting harmony between strength, flexibility, and mindful movement, and incorporating light weights to give a little extra workout!
SERENITY RESTORE YOGA
Sink into deep rest with a gentle, restorative yoga practice enhanced by soothing essential oils and the healing resonance of crystal bowls. In this slow-paced practice, we'll use props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to relax the body into comfortable, supported poses, allowing for deep relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system recovery. FIT BY LU - 360 DEGREES
Drop some DNA on the floor through a sweaty HIIT style routine. This class is designed to push your body to its maximum effort, leading to increased calorie burn and improved cardiovascular health.

A fusion of Pilates inspired movements with the concept of High-intensity interval training, but at a more moderate level . If you have been searching for a workout that combines strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, you're in the right place.
MAT PILATES
A classic Mat Pilates class, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. We'll target muscles you might not typically engage, leading to improved posture, balance, and muscle tone. It's a low impact, moderate workout that is suitable and modifiable for any experience level!
ZUMBA
A dance-based fitness class that combines easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat music from around the world-like salsa, reggaetron, and hip-hop- to create a fun, high energy work-out. It's a great way o get your heart pumping, boost your mood, and move your body- no dance experience needed! (SNEAKERS RECOMMENDED)
FIT FUSION - "Barreless" SCULPT
"Barreless" Sculpt is a full-body workout that combines barre and ballet inspired movements with Pilates and strength training- all without the use of a traditional barre.
